La K1C es una taladradora de agujeros pequeños de alta velocidad que mecaniza piezas de metal duro y con tratamiento térmico difÃciles de cortar. El fluido de mecanizado Vitol patentado por Sodick permite la electroerosión a velocidades mucho más rápidas que las máquinas de agujeros pequeños que utilizan agua como fluido dieléctrico.

The K1C features the latest servo function technology available, dramatically improving responsiveness in servo detection. This optimized servo control improves the cutting speed by up to 200%. Additionally, it is equipped with the Micro-Step Servo which maintains stable machining at all times.
The K1C is a perfect solution to drill start holes for Wire EDM. Holes can be quickly, and easily drilled, and neither specialized skills nor experience are required for operation.
The K Series features energy-saving designs and technologies. Compared to conventional Hole Drillers, the K Series can reduce average energy consumption by up to 60%, enabling cost-savings and contributing to sustainable manufacturing.
The K1C is carefully designed for easy operation. The digital controls are centralized at the front of the machine, enabling the operator to run the machine without changing positions. A tool tray is also provided and can be found underneath the work tank.
