Build tall parts in a single piece
The XL configuration takes build height to 39.37 inches. Components that would otherwise be produced in sections and joined in a separate process now come off the plate as one continuous piece with no weld line.
A verified build record for every part
Each build writes its own history of parameters and process data, sealed with blockchain certification so it can be checked later. When a customer, an auditor, or your own quality team asks how a specific part was made, the answer is on record.
Print the alloys your specs call for
Titanium, aluminum, nickel alloys, cobalt-chrome, and steels all run on this machine. Oxygen stays monitored below 100 ppm for the full build and argon shielding is available for the reactive alloys, such as titanium and aluminum.
